He left Watford in 2021, spent two years at Birmingham City, then joined Forest Green Rovers as player-coach in 2023 before a spell as manager. These days he's a pundit for CBS Sports and Talksport, and hosts his own podcast, Deeney Talks — still saying exactly what he thinks, which is why people listen.
